We ship to Canada delivery addresses in all Provinces
We ship to U.S. delivery addresses in the 50 states.
We also ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses when they have a U.S. ZIP code, however, additional shipping charges will apply, and delivery may take longer. Get shipping options and delivery estimates at checkout.
We ship to over 65 international countries.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes in Canada and in the continental U.S. However, we do ship to P.O. boxes in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and to APO/FPO addresses.
Tracking Your OrderWhen your order ships, you will receive an email with shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the carrier's website to trace your order. Finding Your Box If the tracking information shows the order has been delivered, be sure to check everywhere -- occasionally, carriers leave deliveries with neighbors, building managers, or places like your porch, garage, or even behind bushes. If there is no tracking information or the tracking information shows the item was returned to us, please contact us by email or phone. We may have the wrong shipping address, the driver may have unsuccessfully attempted delivery, or the carrier may have lost it.
If You're Not Home It's up to the driver's discretion whether to require a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep, or to leave it with a building manager or doorman. If the driver believes it's best to obtain a signature, he or she will try a few times to secure one. When a package is returned "undeliverable," you should get a full refund unless it is determined that the order was improperly refused. Undeliverable orders will not be resent. You must place a new order to receive your items.Products Arriving TogetherMost of your products will be shipped together in one box and will arrive at the same time. However, if the order is large and shipped in more than one box, your packages may arrive separately -- although this is rare. If you log in to your account and see more than one tracking number listed for your order, expect to receive separate packages. On the Canada Post and UPS website, you can also see the estimated delivery date for each package.
Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO AddressesBased on customer feedback, we have now expanded delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses. However, due to the additional fees and challenges associated with shipping to these special destinations, we're asking you to help cover a portion of the shipping and handling costs.
When shipping to these locations, please keep in mind the following:
Shipping rates vary based on order size and weight and are calculated at checkout.
Delivery time will take longer; estimated dates will be provided at checkout.
Delivery to APO and FPO addresses may take an additional 7 to 14 days.
Due to carrier regulations, items deemed hazardous cannot be shipped to these locations. Products will be flagged at checkout.
We are able to ship to P.O. boxes in these areas. (In the continental U.S., we are not.)
NOTE: Return shipments are not eligible for scheduled pick-ups by UPS.

Your complete satisfaction is our top priority! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a full refund. We will also pay for the return shipping.
All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, is in the same condition you received it and is in the original box and/or packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot extend this return policy to resellers of our product. For returns from destinations outside the 48 contiguous states, or for any other questions or concerns, please contact us.
All return credits and refunds are processed within approximately 7-10 days upon arrival at our distribution center.

Packing Your Return
The box that the items were originally shipped in can be reused if the sizing is appropriate.
For customers in the 48 contiguous United States, simply apply the prepaid shipping label acquired through the online return process or from our customer care team. As mentioned above, please attach the return label to your package and either drop it off at any Canada Post or UPS drop-off location or hand-off to a UPS driver. NOTE: Return shipments are not eligible for scheduled pick-ups by UPS or Canada Post.

We currently offer free returns for orders shipped to the 48 contiguous states only. However, if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, or at an APO/FPO address, you may return items at your own expense using any trackable and insured shipping method. Printing a Gift Receipt
If you'd like to create and print a gift receipt to include with your gift, go to Your Account on our desktop website, then Order History/Status, then Receipts. From there, you can select the items you want to include on a printable gift receipt. Your gift recipient will be able to return the item(s), free of charge.
